| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description Fundamentals of Financial Accounting, 2e, by Phillips/Libby/Libby presents an engaging, balanced, and appropriately paced analysis of the fundamentals of financial accounting. Its conversational writing style makes it easy to read and understand, while the selection of real focus companies reinforces the relevance of accounting by introducing students to accounting and business activities in the context of their favorite companies. Balance between preparer and user orientations is achieved throughout the book, by studying both the accounting activities that take place inside the company, as well as evaluating their impact on decisions, and users outside the company. Topic coverage is paced appropriately for students new to accounting, and is thoroughly reinforced every step of the way with an ample variety of innovative pedagogical tools. Clearly understandable, relevant, and accessible, FFA is simply the most student-friendly financial book on the market and provides the tools for students to grasp financial accounting from the ground up.

| Customer Reviews: Great introduction to Financial Accounting September 21, 2009 Jit Tan (New York, NY USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This book is a really great basic introduction to Financial Accounting! Unlike other, more technical textbooks around (and trust me, I've shopped around for awhile), the chapters are structured simply and consistently, and there's lots of great figures and models to explain concepts that are more complicated. The interactive media (that you can plug into your ipod and view on your laptop) are also very helpful. The only problem is that the material is rather basic - this book alone ain't gonna help you get your CPA. Overall, a 10/10 basic guide.
Buy again September 19, 2009 Martin Nguyen 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The item came in just as described and in the exact time frame it said it'd come in. The condition was true to its description. I couldn't ask for any better. I'd definitely buy again.
Wrong class February 23, 2010 A. Robinson (MD USA) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this book, but the class was canceled. I got no use out of it, but it did come very very quickly.
Useful September 11, 2009 Y. Chen (MI USA) This is a useful book. They posted the book to me as soon as quickly. The service is also very good. when I send the E-mail to the bookstore that I wanted to get the book before the class was began, they told me that there is no problem, and I get the book three days more before the class.
Though I bought a used book, but it looks new and the most important thing is the book is useful!
Disappointed February 3, 2010 Raechel Graham (Sacramento, California) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Overall I was very disappointed. I never even received the text book and unfortunately classes began and i was out money, inconvienced, and unprepared.
